Shipping-Standard Delivery

For Local shipping:

Ship by SF after confirmed payment

5-7 days tracking of local shipping

Free shipment when purchase over HKD 1000

For China shipping:

Ship by SF after confirmed payment.

7 -15 days tracking of China shipping, depends on location.

Free shipment when purchase over HKD 1000

For Overseas shipping:

Ship by HK Post / SF Express/ Fedex / DHL after confirmed payment

10-20 days tracking of Oversea shipping, depends on location.

Return & Exchange Policy

When making exchanges, please bear in mind that:

-Any items exchanged must be in the same condition in which you received them.

-We only accept size exchange within 7 working days, and customers have to bear the shipment fee for item return. For local customers, any returns are only allowed at our HK stores (K11 Musea / The Pulse).

-For reasons of hygiene, swimwear, lingerie and underwear items may not be exchanged.

Pre-order Policy

To enhance our brand's efficiency, we now offer a pre-ordering system for all of our products. If you'd like to secure a product that is not currently in stock, please place your order as per normal and we will make the arrangements.

Please kindly note, dates are not guaranteed as delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing & shipment held by customs. Your product will be shipped within 2-3 weeks, depending on our internal shipment process.

SISLAND is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item. Please bear in mind that we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of sizing or cancellations. However, we will keep you updated when your pre-order items are available for shipping!

Returnable product

  • When returning the goods, the related gifts must be returned together, and the goods must be kept in good condition.

  • The seven-day product return guarantee applies to online shopping and any products purchased in Sisland.

  • All products sold in Sisland online stores or retail stores must be exchanged in person at the branch.

Non-returnable products

  • In order to protect the rights and interests of each customer, the following circumstances or products will not accept the return service:

  • The loan has exceeded the designated delivery period for 7 days.

  • The product has been opened or has been used (for example: packaging tape, the box has been torn off and opened).

  • The product has not been properly packaged, has been damaged, damaged or incomplete.

  • Any discounted products, clearance products, or special sale products that show that returns are not acceptable.

  • Failed to provide a valid invoice issued by Sisland.

  • Any free gifts, accessories and gifts.

  • If the customer receives the goods or the quantity of the goods does not match the order, you can notify the shop within 7 days, and we will verify the order.
    If it is found that this is caused by our company's error, we will arrange free replacement of the goods and be responsible for the return shipping.

Please note

The customer can only return the goods once under the same bill, and generally do not accept refund services.

**The 5% handling fee paid by the customer during shopping is charged to PAYPAL or the credit card company, and is not an additional charge by the store. Therefore, the refund is based on the actual refund amount**

Transaction complete

The general customer does not have any application for return or exchange of goods within seven working days, which means that the goods transaction has been completed.

Sisland shall not bear any legal responsibility, and will not arrange any replacement of goods or refunds in the future.


  • The company does not assume any responsibility and does not provide replacement services for the quality of the gifts and samples provided by the company.

  • In addition, the company will not take any responsibility for any problems caused by incorrect or improper use of the product.

The company reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel all offers or revise its terms and conditions without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, Sisland reserves the right to make the final decision.
